Analysis of production line operation and/or machinery to check and understand its operation. This study is carried out by the project execution supervisor.
Drawing up of a meticulous Work Schedule based on the dates supplied by the customer coordinated with the Production Department.
Preparation and cleaning tasks for the area in which the project is to be developed.
Marking and disconnection of electrical cabinets and peripheries
Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc, sectional dismantling in preparation for the subsequent moving of the machines.
Moving the machines to their end location by conventional and specific means.
Logistical coordination for the entry and exiting of machinery at the source and destination respectively.
Special, maritime and conventional land transport, etc, as appropriate.
Parts assembly for the entire group of machinery transported in accordance with the new lay out.
